Cheshire has two prints, both by Philip and Glyn Martin, and they could hardly be more different.
Macclesfield is the old silk town on the edge of the Peak District, painted as a market town street scene. Hilbre Island is at the other end of the county, a small tidal island off the tip of the Wirral in the mouth of the Dee, reachable on foot at low tide and known for its seals and birdlife.
Philip and Glyn Martin print strictly limited editions, individually numbered out of 850 and hand signed, and each original watercolour is used for one edition only. Many of the originals from this set are still available, so ask if you would like to know more about the paintings themselves.
