Worcestershire has eight prints, most of them Martin Goode watercolours of Worcester, the Malverns and the Vale of Evesham.

Worcester Cathedral gets three views, one of them from across the River Severn, which is how the cathedral looks best. Great Malvern and the Malvern Hills cover the spa town and the long ridge above it, and Evesham, the market town of the fruit-growing vale, is here too. Martin Goode was known for his attention to detail and his carefully constructed compositions, and his prints are small - around 15 x 10 cm or 20 x 13 cm before mounting - so they suit a standard off-the-shelf mount and frame.

Broadway, on the Cotswold edge of the county, appears twice: a Goode watercolour of the High Street, and a Philip and Glyn Martin limited edition of the same street with its honey-coloured period buildings. Philip and Glyn Martin print strictly limited editions, individually numbered out of 850 and hand signed, and each original watercolour is used for one edition only.

The Goode prints are eleven to fourteen pounds and the Martin edition is £29.95. Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire and the West Midlands border the county. If the place you are looking for is not here, ask us - we are a small family business and we are happy to check.
