Ireland holds fifteen Martin Goode watercolours from across the Republic, from Dublin on the east coast to Galway on the west and Cork and Kerry in the south.
Dublin has the Bank of Ireland on College Green, the Custom House on the Liffey quays and Howth Harbour at the end of the bay. Wicklow has Glendalough, the monastic site in the mountains, in two views - one of them St Kevin's Kitchen, the little stone church with its round belfry - and Russborough House near Blessington.
In the west there are the Claddagh Basin and Williamsgate Street in Galway and the village of Clarinbridge. In the south are St Patrick's Street, St Patrick's Bridge and the River Lee in Cork, Muckross House in Killarney National Park, Red Square in Waterford and Quay Street in New Ross, the old port on the River Barrow.
Martin Goode lived for a time in Tillicoultry in Scotland and painted across Britain and Ireland. He was known for his attention to detail and carefully constructed compositions. These prints are around 15 x 10 cm before mounting, so they suit a standard off-the-shelf mount and frame.
Every print in this section is eleven pounds. For places north of the border, see N.Ireland. If the place you are looking for is not here, ask us - we are a small family business and we are happy to check.
